House was extremely clean. This home is beautifully decorated and was fully stocked of anything you could possibly need. The backyard was amazing!!!

Great stay
Chandler and Catherine went above and beyond to make our stay great! We brought my older parents with us to vacation in Florida, and they haven’t went on a vacation in YEARS..now they are hoping to return and stay with C&C Stays again soon for a longer stay 😂 The pool was amazing, and we all slept so so good! The house was pristine upon arrival. Thank you guys for the hospitality and accommodating us ☺️
Cozy home, clean pool and closer to amenities (grocery, pharmacy etc) especially when you stay with kids and prefer cooking at home.

Our Family of four ( kids ages 5 and 7) had a wonderful stay at Manatee Manors. Initially I was a little nervous because of the proximity to water/ no childproofing, and rumors of iguanas on the premises, but neither was in issue! We spent most of our time by the beautiful pool, looking for iguanas, fishing, and playing games. The inside couches and bedding were very comfortable and everyone got a good night’s sleep each night. The overhead fans helped keep us cool and relaxed at all times. Everything is provided from towels to floaties and beach gear making it very convenient!! Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils and spices. The only thing we could have used was another roll of paper towel and son cleaning supplies like windex or something ( dining table is glass and got pretty dirty each meal). We truly felt at home here and did not want to leave! Would recommend and would stay again! Chandler and Catherine were very responsive and accommodating hosts.
