CC Stays was founded by Chandler and Catherinne—the two C’s behind the name.
Catherinne, a licensed real estate agent with a passion for design, focuses on how each home looks, feels, and lives. Chandler, a marketing graduate from the University of Miami, brings the strategy and positioning needed to make every listing stand out and perform.
Before starting CC Stays, we built and operated our own in-house cleaning company, working closely with some of the top property managers in Fort Lauderdale. That experience gave us a clear view of what works—and what doesn’t. We saw beautiful homes being managed like afterthoughts. Missed details, inconsistent standards, and untapped potential.
So we built something better.
